The Special Education Parent Involvement Survey is available to all families of students with disabilities in all Georgia public schools. The survey is available in English and  Spanish and is administered through an online link. The survey link is available from January 19 – May 31, 2021.  All survey responses are anonymous. Special Education Parent Survey Link

For parents with more than one child receiving SPED services, the parent can complete a separate survey for each child.
