2023 “Signing Day” for aspiring teachers

     Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) will host the 7th annual Teacher “Signing Day” celebration on April 11, 2023, honoring all GCPS students who are planning to pursue an education degree after high school. All GCPS students interested in teaching are invited to attend with their families for an opportunity to learn about the world of teaching, and the many opportunities associated with becoming a Gwinnett educator.

The evening of fun and networking includes:

• • Scholarship presentation
  • Networking with college and university representatives
  • Sessions to learn from guest speakers
  • Photo opportunities
  • Chances to win prizes
  • Announcements of educator-related scholarships

    The event will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the J. Alvin Wilbanks Instructional Support Center located at 437 Old Peachtree Road in Suwanee.
