Parents & Guardians, please submit a current Certificate of Immunization GA Form #3231 to Richards MS for your student as soon as possible. Rising 7th Grade immunizations are due before 7/1/2023.

All students, digital and in person are required to have an updated certificate for school attendance.   According to Georgia Law "No child shall be admitted to or attend any school or facility in this state unless the child shall first have submitted a certificate of immunization to the responsible official of the school or facility."  Therefore, any student attending Richards MS without a CURRENT Certificate of Immunization GA FORM #3231 is subject to non-attendance.  7th grade students who were born on or after January 1, 2002 must have at least one date showing they received Tdap booster and MCV 4 vaccine.
