Join Girls on the Run! During these stressful times, girls in our community need the encouragement and connectedness created through team activities, movement games and emotional exploration packed in each GOTR/Heart & Sole practice.

Our team is meeting in person. Our meeting days and times are: Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:00-4:30 beginning the week of March 1. The program is for 3rd -5th-grade girls.

Girls on the Run provides a safe and interactive space for girls to connect with each other, learn valuable skills such as how to cope when things get difficult and practice positivity, and most importantly, have fun!
