Bethesda Elementary Teacher of the Year 2023-2024

We are so proud to announce our 2023-2024 Teacher of the Year, Mega Despot! Mega has been teaching for 20 years at Bethesda. She started with us as a kindergarten teacher, but moved to ESOL and Reading Recovery in 2014. She holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Erskine College and a master's in teaching reading from Nova Southeastern University.
