Summer Enrichment + Acceleration Information
This summer’s learning experience for Gwinnett school students has been redesigned to support our students who may have experienced learning loss due to the pandemic. The goal is to help students get a head start on next year’s learning.
Digital SEA Students/Resources:
DMS Device Collection
All devices checked out to students must be checked back in to the local school at the end of the 2020-2021 school year so that our Tech Team can begin preparing the devices for summer learning activities and the coming school year. This includes any of the following school owned devices: Chromebooks/Laptops, Power Cords, Web Camera, Hot Spots.
Please make sure that you check with your child to ensure that he/she is not in possession of a device that was not assigned to him/her. In such a case, it should be returned immediately.
When returning your device, please bring all components, including chargers and have the device fully charged and powered on in order to expedite the return process.
Devices will be assessed for damage upon return and fines may be assigned based on the damage in order to cover the cost of replacement parts and repairs.
Fines can be paid at https://www.mypaymentsplus.com, by credit card or debit card, or check at the time of the return.
If a device is returned in good condition, no fine will be assigned. Device services will be turned off and fines for replacing the device will be assigned if a device is not returned.
Parents of digital learners should access the media center by way of the car rider lane on the dates/times below:
If your child needs a device for summer learning, we will work with you to provide a device.
