Student Schedule Change Process
 
Students will be able to view their current schedule of classes in the Student Portal on Friday, August 7th. 
 
Students may request schedule changes for ONLY the following reasons:
1. The student has previously passed the course.
2. The student is scheduled in a course with a teacher with whom the student has previously failed the same semester course.
3. The student is missing a course needed for graduation.
4. The student does not have a complete schedule.
 
How will the process work?
1. Electives were chosen by students during the Electives Registration process. As a result students’ schedules are created for both S1 and S2 and WILL NOT BE CHANGED.
 
2. Requested changes are not guaranteed and will be granted based on course availability.
 
3. Schedule change request forms WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED beginning Wednesday, August 12th through Wednesday, August 19th. 
 
4. THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT AND HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER OF BOTH THE PARENT AND STUDENT.
 
5. You will ONLY be contacted regarding this schedule change if we have a question.
