New tool gives parents easy access to student info

GCPS families have a new tool that makes it even easier to access their student's information on the Parent Portal. GCPS parents can use their smartphones to access ParentVUE to find their student's schedule, grades, assignments, and more! The ParentVUE mobile app is available in Google Play for Android devices and the App Store for Apple (iOS) devices. If you don't have a Parent Portal account yet, now's the time to get one. Learn more and register for an account online.

Device Checkout

We are still checking out devices! If you need a laptop or Chromebook, please follow this procedure:

  1. Click here to fill out a tech request form.
  2. Click here to fill out all documents on My Payments Plus.
  3. Click here to fill out your free/reduced lunch form.

Once you've filled out those forms, you can come to the school any day between 7:30-2:30 to check out a device as well as your textbooks. Mobile hotspots are also available on a limited basis. The student must come to the school in order to receive the device.
