Open House & Meet Your Teacher Day

Dear Parents,

I hope you have had a relaxing summer and had some quality time to spend with family and friends. It is important that students had time to recharge this summer. We are ready for an amazing year on the ranch. Our strong teachers, wonderful students, and great parents will help set us up for a successful year. 

As we approach the coming year, I wanted to provide you with important information to help you and your student have a smooth transition back to school. Beginning July 17, 2021, required Open House forms, school contributions, and PTA forms will be available online. If you have more than one student at Head, you will need to complete the forms for each student separately. Visit to complete all back-to-school donations and paperwork! Required forms will pop up upon login.

You will be able to click to view and then sign off. You will also see a list of voluntary contribution areas. Your support of these programs enables your child’s teachers to purchase supplemental instructional materials that will be used in classrooms. All contributions are greatly appreciated.

If you already have a MyPaymentsPlus account, simply log on by using your username and password. If you do not have an account, visit & select “Register for a Free Account” using your child’s student ID number. This will allow you to complete all the forms at your convenience at home. It is our goal to have you spend more time getting to know your child’s teacher rather than waiting in line to turn in paperwork.

To prepare for our Open House/Registration Day on Thursday, July 29th, please review the time slots for your visit. Adhering to these times will ensure that we have enough parking for everyone. Additionally, make sure that you visit eCLASS/ParentVUE on July 28th to view your child’s homeroom teacher. Open House will be Thursday, July 29, 2021. Please arrive during your assigned time below based on your student's last name.

(J-Q) 9:15 – 10:15
(R-Z) 10:30 – 11:30

Student supply lists are available on our webpage and are individualized for each grade level. Parents may drop off supplies in the classroom during Open House. 


Your student will participate in digital learning on August 4 (2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th grades), August 5 (4th & 5th grades), and August 6 (4th & 5th grades). If your student needs a device to access Zoom & Google Classroom, you may check one out. Computers will be picked up during Open House and must be returned on the first day of In-Person learning for your grade level. A link will be sent out on July 17 for you to request a computer as well as sign a parent agreement form. Computer requests will be accepted via the link from July 17 – 25.

The 2021–2022 school year is a new beginning for all of us! I hope that you will reconnect with us as we navigate a new year, a fresh start, and a laser focus on teaching and learning for all students.
