Georgia Milestones Assessments

In GCPS, schools administer the Georgia Milestones End of Grade Assessments to students in grades 3-5 to measure achievement in Reading, Language, Mathematics, and Science (grade 5 only). While the tests measure each individual student’s mastery of the curriculum during the school year, they also help teachers and schools better understand the impact COVID-19 has had on learning and identify what resources and supports our students will need in the coming school year.

Harmony Elementary Digital students are invited to participate in the Georgia Milestones Assessments. Digital Learning students will follow a different testing schedule than In-Person Learning students. This assessment is not mandatory for Digital Learning students. Registration is required so that we can prepare a safe and successful assessment for all students. Only Digital Learning students who have pre-registered will be able to take the assessment.
