2022-23 Class Placement Parent Input Form

If you would like the administrative team to consider your input regarding the placement of your children for the upcoming school year, click here to access the input form. The form can also be accessed from the school's web page under “Freeman’s Mill News”. Please note your input is due by Friday, March 31, in order to be considered prior to the completion of class lists. This form is to be completed for rising Kindergarten - 5th grade students that will be attending FMES next school year.
