Scoliosis Screening

6th grade & 8th grade
 
Screening is mandatory and conducted by the Gwinnett County Health Department.
 
If you wish to opt your student out, you must fill out the Parent Letter Opt-Out forms that were sent home with students on March 3.
 
Understand: if the opt-out form is not returned to school your child will be getting screened on Wednesday, March 29th.
