Save the date for the 2023 Transition Fair. The event will be in-person! The Transition Fair is an opportunity for families & educators of students with disabilities of all ages to connect with resources to support the journey to adulthood. The Fair will feature local agencies specializing in Vocational Training & Employment Services, Day Programs & Community Living, Recreation & Leisure, Funding & Community Resources. It is never too early to start planning for the future!
